DocuSign Sending

Sending

DocuSign works on a three tiered method for sending documents.

The first tier is the Envelope.  Think of the envelope as a manila envelope that you use to put documents inside to be send.

The second is the Template.  A template is a form that has been upload, workflow created and document marked-up that can be reusable.  These can be shared across groups or with individual.  Templates help standardize and streamline the process for reusable and common forms.

The final tier is the Powerform.  A Powerform takes a Template and generates a URL that can be accessed via a web browser.  This is helpful when you want to make the forms available for a customer to start on their behalf without having to be first sent through DocuSign.
