Getting Started

If you already have the ZOOM application downloaded, you have all you need! There are no new applications to download, so simply open a ServiceNow request for ZOOM phone to be added to your current application here.

Don't have Zoom downloaded? Install it securely from one of these locations: 

  • Zoom Download Site for Windows & Mac: https://asu.zoom.us/support/download 
  • Zoom Download Site for Linux: https://zoom.us/download?os=linux

After you’ve submitted a ZOOM Phone request, you will receive an email within 2-3 days notifying you that your ZOOM Phone has been activated! 

Upon opening ZOOM, you should see the ZOOM Phone icon pictured below.

Don’t see it? Please log in and out, as well as ensure you are using the most updated version of ZOOM. From there, your ZOOM Phone icon will appear, and you can begin using it! There is no need to "dial 9" before entering the number you wish to call! This transition will be seamless, with the ZOOM Phone number assigned to you staying the same as your previous physical / CISCO Jabber phone number.
