ZOOM phone is the standard voice communications service at ASU for all community members. Designed with an emphasis on convenience and agility, this hands-free tool provides easy access to your contacts no matter where you make or take your calls. Join us in utilizing this tool and help to shape the workforce of the future!

• Working Remotely: Conduct ASU business utilizing ZOOM phone on your laptop, desktop computer or mobile device, wherever you may be - on or off campus. 
• Privacy: As you conduct ASU business, ZOOM phone will not reveal your personal mobile phone number to others. In addition, caller ID masking options are available on a per-call basis.
• Ease of use: No new applications to download. ZOOM phone utilizes the same ZOOM application already in use by the majority of the ASU community for video conferencing.
• Enhanced security: Leverage ASU’s security protocols to protect you from toll fraud, hacking, scamming, robocalls, etc. Block annoying SPAM calls using the ZOOM Phone application! 
• Voicemail transcription: voicemail transcription is automatically applied to your ZOOM Phone voice mailbox.
