UTO Staff hosted a Customer Support Workshop focused on supporting the ASU wireless network. Users reviewed the following information: 

  • Network updates and current projects directly relevant to the ASU community.
  • Faculty, student, staff and guest support on the new NAC. 
  • Optimizing the wireless experience on the ASU network through device configuration (laptops, phone, etc.).
  • Overview of the new wireless website for the ASU community.
  • Problem reporting and escalation procedures.

UTO also hosted an advanced Customer Support Workshop focused on wifi troubleshooting. Users reviewed the following information:

  • Review of the overarching process of how a user gets on wireless. This includes various special situations.
  • Provide information on how Cisco ISE NAC works.
  • Walk through how to troubleshoot a sample trouble ticket.
  • Provide a review of tools used to assist with troubleshooting wifi issues.
