Zoom Coming Campus-Wide for Video Conferencing Needs

UTO is excited to announce that Zoom is ASU’s new campus-wide video conferencing service! As use of the software is transitioned away from Vidyo over the next 12 months, we expect Zoom’s ease of use, audio and video quality, and support on Windows, Mac, Linux and mobile devices will fit in. Vidyo will still be available in a limited capacity, but those users will actively be moved over to the Zoom platform.

If you’ve already purchased a retail license, the VC&C team will be contacting ASU customers to help them move to ASU’s service. Find more information at the ASU Zoom site at https://asu.zoom.us/, including how to request an account, which you will need only to host or support meetings.
