Printing – Print Anywhere

New Print Anywhere logo

Print Anywhere is a network of over 65 multifunction copiers that provide 24/7 document services at Arizona State University. This public print program is a self-sustaining model that utilizes forward thinking methods for offering public print services to students via university computers, student laptops, and mobile devices. Each device can print, photocopy, and scan to email. When printing from an ASU computer, your print jobs will automatically link to your MyASU account and Sun Card. To print from your personal phone, tablet, or laptop, visit
printanywhere.asu.edu to upload a document. Swipe your Sun Card at a device to log in and release a print job.

ASU students, staff, and faculty are charged for their usage on MyASU. Campus visitors without a university ID can purchase a prepaid Print Anywhere Guest Card from any Sun Devil Bookstore to use a device.

Two ways to print mobile:

1. Visit printanywhere.asu.edu from your personal laptop or mobile device to upload a document, preview it, see pricing, and change print options.

  • You won't be charged for uploading a document, only if the print job is released/printed from a Print Anywhere device.
  • Use of the website allows printing without the need to install a "Laptop Printing Driver".

2. Email PrintAnywhereBW@asu.edu for black and white or PrintAnywhereColor@asu.edu for color with your document as an attachment. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know if the document was successfully uploaded.
