Ensure a smooth start to the first day of classes | Submit summer and fall 2025 software requests

Temperatures are rising across the valley, indicating that summer—and a new semester—are just around the corner. As always, each new semester calls for updated classroom configurations that account for individual faculty members’ software needs.
 

The software necessary to teach your course may not be pre-installed on your classroom’s devices and will not be installed unless requested. It is imperative that all desired software be requested in advance. Summer software requests are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025. Fall software requests are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 18, 2025.

You may request software by visiting http://links.asu.edu/software and filling out the form provided. 
For those unsure which room they will be teaching in, please select any room as a placeholder using the above ticket. After submitting the ticket, email [email protected] notifying us that you have yet to determine which room you will be in. For those unable to find their designated room using the ticket above, please send an email to [email protected].

Enterprise Technology will work diligently to install necessary software as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that requests received after the due dates listed above may not be completed by the first day of classes.
