Experience Center to utilize two-factor authentication
The 24/7, 365 ASU Experience Center is known for its wide array of services available at any hour. Now, it has enabled a fresh feature designed to enhance convenience and speed of service, further cementing its role as an efficient pillar of support for the Sun Devil community.
Beginning June 3, The Experience Center will soon be equipping its telephone menu system with a two-factor authentication option: Pre-authentication can be achieved via a DUO call or DUO push notification. By pre-authenticating, callers can save time when contacting ASU. They will not need to proceed through the traditional three-step identity verification process, that in the past has taken 2-3 minutes, granting callers more expeditious and secure assistance.
