ASU is committed to providing exemplary service to our students, their families, and the Arizona State University community to promote student success and pride in being a Sun Devil.
When students were asked where they want to see improvements, they identified their top priorities of service quality, communication, and online resources. While there are a number of initiatives working toward accomplishing this, Salesforce as the student relationship management system addresses all three of these areas of concern for students.
Through Salesforce, ASU has the ability to streamline our processes across the university. It allows us to keep our finger on the pulse of service quality, while giving us new ways to communicate with students and technology solutions to self-serve and manage the service requests that students have.
It is combining our processes, our people and technology to recruit, retain, satisfy, and graduate students.
