PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Upgrade Outage

PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) is the enterprise system that is used by students, faculty, and staff to support functions related to the student experience. The outage period will start Thursday, Feb. 2 at 5 p.m and conclude Monday, Feb. 6, at 8 a.m.

The University Technology Office has engineered this major upgrade to ensure minimal disruption to ASU business while completing crucial updates to our student systems. In order to accomplish the upgrade, ASU will conduct an outage of the PeopleSoft CS system.

While the outage is in effect:

  1. MyASU will provide read-only access to some PeopleSoft CS data. You will NOT be able to log into the PeopleSoft CS environment during the outage (Thursday 5 p.m. – Monday 8 a.m.)
  2. Systems not part of PeopleSoft including Gmail, Outlook, ASU Online, and Blackboard are expected to function normally during the PeopleSoft CS outage.
  3. The PeopleSoft Human Resource application will remain online.  However, the Kenexa interface will be down.
  4. Students will not be able to make payments, alter class schedules (Add, Drop, Swap, Withdraw), access their unofficial or official transcript, and conduct other business that requires updates to Peoplesoft.   My ASU will be available for students to view their data and access other applications that will be available.
