What’s New in UTO?

PeopleSoft/Kenexa Transition Dates

Please keep in mind the following dates if you are going to be doing any recruiting during November.

November 1 – last day to post positions to the current TAM system

November 8 – ALL TAM jobs will fall off of the system

November 11 through November 15 – All recruiting systems will be unavailable

November 18 – Go live with Kenexa

What’s New in Human Resources and Finance?

Josh Consier has joined the UTO team.  Josh comes to UTO with over five years’ experience at ASU. He brings accounting and audit experience from his time at Financial Services, where he worked on projects such as the PeopleSoft 9.0 upgrade and AP Trac implementation. He most recently came from the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, where he worked in the School Partnership Grant Programs office.   Josh will be working as an Accountant, Sr. in his new position with UTO.  Welcome Josh!

What’s New in Customer Care Downtown Campus?

Jackie Cuccia has joined the University Common Computing classroom support team at the Downtown Phoenix Campus.  Jackie has been with the group as a student employee for over three years, much of that time in a “lead” role.  She has proven skills in all areas of our service and will provide a boost to the staff team for supervision of services. Welcome Jackie!

What’s New in the PPMO?

Steve Parks is an alumnus of Arizona State University and the College of Business, as well as a former employee where he served as a TSA, Sr.   Steve comes to the UTO with over 10 years of business and project management experience gained through roles in information technology consulting and operations management.   He is PMP certified with the Project Management Institute, and will focus on managing AV projects with the CARE Instructional Technologies team.   He lives in Scottsdale with his wife and two children.  Welcome Steve!

David Davis comes to the UTO Q&A team as a fulltime quality assurance analyst.  David graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from City University of New York.  He has over three years of QA background and an additional two years of web development experience. He is a table tennis champion and has won several tournaments.  Welcome David!
