Counseling and Wellness

For those in need of support on a wide range of behavioral health topics, the Employee Assistance Office and Wellness teams are here to help. Offering assistance for both individuals and teams, the EAO is a valuable resource that encourages ASU's workforce to reach out when in need. ASU Mental Health Resources: Getting mental health support as an ASU student has never been easier. ASU is proud to offer counseling support 24-hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year from anywhere in the world, at no charge. Visit our resources page to learn more.

Devils 4 Devils Toolkit: Enroll in the Canvas training course to learn more about Devils 4 Devils, a student-led organization at ASU that works to foster an emotionally healthy and connected campus where students support students through good times and bad.

Health Impact Program (HIP) sponsored by the Virgin Pulse mobile app: ASU benefits-eligible employees can earn up to $200 incentive by participating in the Health Impact Program offered by the Arizona Department of Administration, Benefit Services Division.

ASU Crisis Resources: You are not alone in a crisis. ASU Counseling Services encourages you to be honest with one person, and seek support to move you through this moment, day or period in your life. We are here to be that one person when you need us.

ASU Hotline: The ASU Hotline is a comprehensive, 24-hour accessible telephone and web-based service that provides support for 175 different languages.

Getting Involved - ASU Staff Council: To successfully advance the university's mission and goals, an environment that values the development and support of our staff is key. The ASU Staff Council serves as a collective voice to ensure this kind of environment is a part of the university's culture.

Reporting of a Job Related Injury or Illness: All ASU employees must complete the steps listed here within 48 hours of a job-related injury or illness.

ASU Ergonomics and Office Health and Workstation Safety Guides: Occupational Safety and Health Administration requires ASU to maintain a safe work environment for all employees. EHS has developed office safety compliance guidelines to address general safety issues in office settings.
