PeopleSoft CS - Outage Alert - April 15-16, 2017
ASU is applying Oracle Advanced Security to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) within its hosted environment at Sierra Cedar.
To compress and encrypt the PeopleSoft CS database, ASU will conduct a brief outage of the PeopleSoft CS systems from 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, 2017, through 6:00 a.m. Sunday, April 16, 2017.
While the outage is in effect:
- MyASU will provide read-only access to some PeopleSoft CS data. You will NOT be able to log into the PeopleSoft CS environment during the outage
- Hiring managers will not be able to create new requisitions, process any applications, or obtain any job data on an individual. Note: External applications are not to be affected and should be able to submit their information.
- Systems not part of PeopleSoft, such as Gmail, Outlook, ASU Online and Blackboard are not to be affected by this outage.
