New ServiceNow Navigation

In order to provide a more efficient path to getting help, changes will be made to the navigation presented on the My ASU Service tab (for faculty and staff only) on March 29, 2017.

To use the new portal, simply visit MyASU and login: 

  • Click on the Service tab
  • Click the New Ticket button to submit a request to the Help Center

What will change for you as a user:

  • When choosing “My Service Portal” through the My ASU Service Tab you see a landing page with a streamlined list of options and the opportunity to search, rather than a long list of popular catalog items and categories.
  • You can view the way the new interface of the page will look by visiting ServiceNow
