Urban Innovation Leadership Training for the Greater Phoenix Region

CTI Urban Innovation Leadership Training helps cities to tackle these challenges through effective capacity building and skills development. It serves leaders, professionals, and practitioners within local, regional, state and national government organizations – as well as peers from other entities directly relevant to a city leader’s innovation and digitalization mission.

With a faculty of expert trainers, who have worked for and with city governments, the aim of the training is to learn from a decade of ‘smart city’ experimentation; build a shared language; understand the current and near-future impact of digitalization on our communities, governments and teams; and enhance the participants’ skills and competencies to design and implement effective strategies for local governments and their citizens.
