It centers a variety of uplifting and light experiences focused on relaxation and expansion that helps to make the rest of your day more efficient.
Mindful Minutes is now offered three times per week to accommodate more people's schedules.

Tuesdays, 11:45 a.m. - 12:05 p.m.
Wednesdays, 8:30 a.m. - 8:50 a.m.
Thursdays, 11:45 a.m. - 12:05 p.m.
Mindful Minutes piloted on March 24, 2020, was one response to the Pandemic and working from home.
