Check out the new look of the Service Catalog - Available March 29, 2019!

Beginning Friday, March 29 you will begin to see changes to the current service catalog, including a transition from function-based categories to service-based categories. The goal of this transition is to enhance the customer experience by providing an emphasis on service improvement.

This transition will cause changes to how the service catalog looks today, including:

•    Service-based structure

•    Nested categories

•    Additional content

This transition will happen over several ServiceNow releases, and will be an ongoing work effort as we progress to catalog maturity. Initially, you may experience some service-based nested categories mixed with some of the function categories you are familiar with until all of the new service categories have been added.  Service catalog requests will be unchanged, with the exception that the requests will now be linked many-to-many to services.
